The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you, including information related to analytics, cookies, and any advertising technologies used by the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weebify and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Delete Your Account

You may delete your account at any time:

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot access your account, contact us at [email protected] from the email associated with your account and request deletion. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, subject to limited retention required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hanoi, Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
